Orders are shipped from within the UK. Standard shipping is a flat rate of £3.99. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (laboratory research materials), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@anpeptideslab.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
